On The Border delivers in a 30-MINUTE DELIVERY WINDOW, 30 minutes prior to the time selected and up to the delivery time. On The Border charges a service charge of $20 on orders under $200 food and beverage and 10% on orders over $200, instead of gratuity.

Cancellation Policy
On The Border may use a thrid party delivery serice. Cancellation policy: Please make any necessary changes 2 days prior to your event. Any changes or cancellations made after this time are subject to a $150.00 fee or full amount of the bill.

Whether you pick it up or we deliver, our team is totally dedicated to providing great food and great service. PLEASE READ - Orders placed after 7:30PM EST for the next day are only available for pickup. Sorry, no exceptions!. The pickup deadline for same day orders is 9AM.

NOTE: Ruby Tuesday charges a 10% delivery and packaging fee, gratuity is at your discretion. Ruby Tuesday will not deliver to Private Residences. If toll roads are used, the delivery fee will be increased accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
Ruby Tuesday requires advance notice for all catering deliveries and cancellations. Please make these requests a day prior to the date of the order to avoid cancel fees.
